Yet once again hate formed itself on the stage of Henry's Pub, but this time Hateform was
in full shape. Last time in Kuopio guitarist mastermind Tom Gardiner was missing, but now
he was there and the band could make their full-scale attack against the audience. Even
though the band's motor sounded like its oils were just changed, it still seemed that the
newcomer audience didn't enjoy the smooth ride that much.
The duet of love, lead singer Nysvär and bassist virtuoso Jontte made the lyrical parts
sound loud and clear (or not that clear, but at least loud!). Even our own chief editor
climbed on stage to make herself clear by shouting "I Won't Kneel"'s ending verses. No need
to complain about the rest of the band either. Tomy swang his six-stringed lady like a real
stud in a romantic drama movie and Reisari was mentally disabled to do anything elso but
smashing his drumkit with a flaming passion. The band played lots of their older demo
material, but also a new project named as "Pistaasi" and the Leevi And The Leavings cover
song "Teuvo, maanteiden kuningas".
Like before Hateform made its job as a talented team of professionals. All what they need
is a serious kickstart from a record label or highly motivated promotional workers. I
know for sure that those days are not far away anymore, so better check Hateform's gig
before they are too busy while building up their first album.
